Shipping policy

UK delivery

We deliver to addresses in mainland UK. Standard delivery takes up to 3 working days and costs £5.95. Delivery is free on bottle orders over £99.

Beer crates are heavy, so orders that include beer crates carry an additional delivery charge of £9.99 per order.

How we ship

Orders are sent with DPD, Royal Mail or DHL. Every bottle is wrapped in recycled padding to keep it safe in transit.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a confirmation with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. If you cannot find this email, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.

Age verification

We only sell alcohol to customers aged 18 or over. Our couriers may ask for proof of age on delivery and will not hand a parcel to anyone who appears to be under 18 and cannot show valid ID. If no one aged 18 or over is available, the courier may take the parcel back. Please contact us and we will arrange a new delivery.

Missing or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived, please contact us at hello@wodkacompany.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date, so that we can trace the parcel with the courier while the tracking records are still available.

International delivery

We currently deliver within the UK only and are not able to accept international orders.
