We hope you love your order. If you are not happy with it for any reason, we are here to help.
Changed your mind
You can cancel your order and return it within 14 days of the day you receive it. Please tell us first by emailing hello@wodkacompany.com with your name, address, order number and the items you would like to return, and we will confirm the return.

- Bottles must be unopened, with the seal intact, in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received them.
- You pay the cost of sending the items back. Please keep your proof of postage.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If a bottle arrives broken, faulty or is not what you ordered, please email us as soon as possible, ideally with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and in this case we cover the return delivery costs.
Refunds
Once we have received the returned items (or proof that you have sent them back, whichever comes first), we will refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. The refund includes the standard delivery charge you paid for the original order. It does not include the cost of returning the items to us, unless the item was damaged, faulty or incorrect.
