Product details
Żubrówka Gin Bialowieski is a Polish gin from the Żubrówka brand, made with eucalyptus and 12 botanical herbs and bottled at 37.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Its name refers to the Białowieża Forest region in north-eastern Poland, the ancient woodland behind the Żubrówka brand. Instead of the citrus-led style of many London dry gins, it offers a cool, herbal profile, with eucalyptus adding a fresh, almost minty edge. This herbal gin suits drinkers who like green, savoury botanicals and want something different in their gin and tonic.
Żubrówka Gin Bialowieski tasting notes

- Palate: Crisp and herbal, with pine, a cooling eucalyptus edge and light spice.

How to serve Żubrówka Gin Bialowieski
Serve it in a large balloon glass filled with ice, topped with a light tonic and a herbal garnish such as rosemary or thyme. A Żubrówka gin and tonic sits well beside smoked trout, goat's cheese, grilled vegetables and summer salads. It is a good choice for garden gatherings and long summer evenings.
Cocktails with Żubrówka Gin
- Forest G&T: pour 50 ml over ice, add 150 ml light tonic water and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a strip of lemon peel.
- Eucalyptus Gimlet: shake 50 ml Żubrówka Gin Bialowieski with 20 ml lime juice and 15 ml sugar syrup over ice, then strain into a chilled coupe.
- Forest Negroni: stir 30 ml gin, 30 ml sweet vermouth and 30 ml Italian red bitter aperitivo over ice, then add an orange twist.
How it compares
This is the only gin in the Żubrówka range. Compared with Żubrówka Bison Grass, it is drier and led by juniper rather than the hay and vanilla of bison grass. As a gin with eucalyptus, it is cooler and more herbal than Żubrówka ŻU Fresh Mint, which is a sweeter mint liqueur at 30%.

Po polsku
Żubrówka Gin Białowieski to polski gin z eukaliptusem i 12 składnikami botanicznymi, o mocy 37,5%, w butelce 0,7 l. Najlepiej podać go w dużym kieliszku typu balon z dużą ilością lodu i lekkim tonikiem, z gałązką rozmarynu i skórką cytryny.
