Soplica Mirabelle Plum Vodka Liqueur is a Polish mirabelle plum liqueur from Soplica, made by macerating ripe, aromatic mirabelles in Polish spirit, at 28% ABV in a 50cl bottle. Called Mirabelkowa at home, it draws on traditional old Polish recipes and a long maceration that brings out the perfume of the small golden plum. Mirabelle liqueur is less common than plum or cherry, which gives this bottle its own place among the Soplica fruit flavours. It suits drinkers who like delicate, floral fruit rather than dark, jammy plum.
