Soplica Lime and Mint Vodka Liqueur is a Polish lime and mint liqueur from Soplica, combining zesty lime with cool mint at 25% ABV in a 50cl bottle. Known as Limonka•Mięta, it is built on the familiar mojito pairing of lime and mint, which also brings to mind fresh homemade lemonade on a hot day. Sweet, zesty and green, this lime liqueur is essentially a mojito liqueur in a bottle, with no need to muddle a garden's worth of herbs. At 25% ABV it is one of the lighter bottles in the Soplica range and works best long and very cold.

- Southside Cooler: 40 ml Soplica Lime and Mint, 20 ml gin and 15 ml fresh lime juice, shaken with ice and strained into a coupe.

Soplica Lemon and Mint at 28% uses lemon rather than lime, for a softer, rounder sourness. Soplica Watermelon and Mint, also with mint and at 28%, is fruitier and less tart. This bottle is the sharpest of the three mint flavours and the one that tastes most like a classic mojito.
