NATIONAL UK DELIVERY
Each bottle is carefully wrapped in recycled quilt so its stays safe. We use a specialist couriers for fast efficient and safe deliveries.
For delivery within the UK mainland, we offer the following options:
UK Standard Delivery up to 3 working days: £5.95, free on orders over £99.
All deliveries are via the DPD, Royal Mail or DHL service.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once we've processed your order. This email contains a tracking reference with a link to the tracking website. Check your junk mail folder before contacting us if you cannot find this email.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
PLEASE NOTE - due to new BREXIT legislation, we are not currently able to take international orders.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope that you love your purchase but for any reason you are not happy, then we are here to help.
If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase and wants to return it within 14 days after delivery, we will ask the customer to send the product back to us (Wodka Company Ltd, 28 Lawrence Road, Unit G14, N15 4EG London, United Kingdom). In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees. After 14 days of delivery of the product, we shall be not liable to accept a return from the customers. Please ensure you keep proof of postage.
In case our customer support team accept the return of your product. The customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees.
The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received. All bottles must be sealed.
You must contact us BEFORE sending items back to us so that we can authorise a return and refund.
Wodka Company Ltd will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to wodkacompany.com.
