Soplica is widely known for its cherry flavour, and here it meets the honeyed sweetness of small yellow mirabelle plums, giving a rounder, plummier style than a straight cherry liqueur. Released for the autumn season, it suits Halloween suppers, bonfire nights and cosy dinners as the evenings draw in.

Soplica Halloween Cherry and Mirabelle tasting notes

Nose: Dark sour cherry, ripe yellow plum and a hint of almond from the stones.

Palate: Tart cherry and honeyed mirabelle in balance, with soft sweetness and a gentle vodka warmth.

Finish: Fruity and medium-long, ending on a clean cherry tartness.

How to serve Soplica Halloween Cherry and Mirabelle

Chill it to 6–8°C and pour it into a small liqueur glass, or add a measure to hot black tea on a damp autumn evening.
